ZMSForms offers a nice way to provide Formulator Forms as "Form Templates" including the Form Structure as Forms Logic for ZMS.

This allows pure non-technical End Users to add / place Email-Forms everywhere within ZMS Websites easily.

Installation / Usage

for ZMS Admins:

Your Zope instance should have the Formulator Product installed.

All Form Templates are placed / to find under the Zope Folder ZMSForms in the ZMS-Root Folder. Each Template consists of a own Subfolder of the ZMSForms Folder.

By default, the ZMSForms Folder contains a few example Template Examples (like a "standard" Contact Form) forms for free use. To create Your own Templates, just copy one of the Folders and rename it accordingly to Your Needs. If done right, it will shown listed in the "Type" Drop-Down Selector of the ZMSForms Object in ZMS.

The containing object "form" is a Formulator Object. By Click you can open, edit and test the whole Form to Your Needs just by Browser.

Import / Export of Templates could be easily done over Zopes Import / Export facility as ZEXP or in XML.

for ZMS Users:

• just add a ZMSForms object on a ZMS Page
• configure the Email reciepient (Email-Adress, Name etc.)
• configure the Email "Senders" Address of the Form
• add a email subject (optional)
• select if the submitting User should get a Copy of his Data by Email (optional)
• input a footer for the Users Email Copy (optional)
